Payment
1. For orders in online store www.moveaddict.com can pay with creditcard or upon receipt of invoice via e – mail and paying any bank or online bank at the customer’s discretion (order processing is initiated only when the transfer is received by the bank, except cases when is received letter of guarantee from legal person or signed a cooperation agreement).
2. Fee for order delivery is determined by tariffs written above, and it is indicated in the order confirmation and invoice. Fee for order delivery is not refundable in case of return.
DELIVERY
1. Delivery is carried out by MOVEADDICT.COM, Omniva, Latvijas Pasts or UPS, through express mail.
2. In case the delivery is carried out by SJSC “Latvijas Pasts”, MOVEADDICT.COM sends the package with your order to the post office nearest to the delivery address given by the CLIENT. Employees of the post office will contact with the CLIENT. The post office will held the parcel for 10 days, after the order is returned to MOVEADDICT.COM storage and the CLIENT must pay additional cost for repeated delivery. In storage of MOVEADDICT.COM the ordered product is kept free for 1 week.
3. In case the delivery is carried out by courier, order, by agreement of delivery time is delivered to the CLIENT delivery address. MOVEADDICT.COM provides one delivery. If the CLIENT on specified time and at given address cannot be found, the order is returned to MOVEADDICT.COM storage and the CLIENT must pay additional cost for repeated delivery. In storage of MOVEADDICT.COM the ordered product is kept free for 1 week.
4. In the case that not all order products are available, MOVEADDICT.COM informs the CLIENT to make an agreement about a way to ship the goods – in parts or in complete delivery.
5. Shipping delivery to abroad MOVEADDICT.COM provides using courier or post office “Latvijas Pasts” services for parcel and package shipping, subjecting to certain SJSC “Latvijas Pasts” delivery standards.
