Snow Suit Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Receiving and Returning the Snow Suit

🗸 The snow suit is clean and in good condition. However, if you notice any damages, please report them before use by calling +371 28449401 or emailing sales@moveaddict.com.
You will also receive a link with photos and a video showing the condition of the snow suit before shipping.

🗸 A security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after the snow suit is received and inspected.

🗸 The rental period is calculated from the delivery date to the parcel locker until the date it is returned (placed back into the parcel locker).

🗸 The snow suit can be returned via a parcel locker to +371 28449401, address: Krišjāņa Valdemāra iela 62a, Rīga (Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts, Unisend),
or sent directly to:
MoveAddict, Čiekurkalna 1. līnija 84-209, Rīga, LV-1026, Latvia.

2. Usage Rules

🗸 The snow suit may only be used for its intended purpose – winter sports and outdoor activities.
🗸 It is forbidden to use the snow suit in situations that could cause damage (e.g., during construction work, near open fire, etc.).
🗸 If you wish to wash the snow suit, please do so at a maximum temperature of 40°C. You may tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry.

3. Responsibility and Damages

🗸 If the snow suit is returned with damage (tears, stains, defects, etc.), a portion of the security deposit may be withheld to cover repair or cleaning costs.
🗸 If the snow suit is not returned, the security deposit will not be refunded, and an additional invoice may be issued for the full value of the snow suit.

4. Rental Period and Extension

🗸 If you wish to extend the rental period, please contact us at least 3 days before the end of your current rental via +371 28449401 or sales@moveaddict.com.
🗸 A late return fee may apply for each additional day the snow suit is not returned on time.

5. Hygiene and Maintenance

🗸 All snow suits are cleaned, disinfected, and prepared for each new rental.
🗸 Before returning, please ensure the snow suit is completely dry, to avoid moisture or mold damage during transport.

6. Receiving and Returning Checklist

🗸 Upon receiving the snow suit, please check its condition and compare it with the provided photos and video.
🗸 When returning, it is recommended to keep the parcel locker receipt until your security deposit has been refunded.
